WORKING EXPERIENCES:

2005-Present : Administration and Finance Officer of the International Relations Institute of
Cambodia (IRIC),
Responsibilities:
• Managing the administration, finance, staff and equipments; and formulate plans of the Institute;
• Formulating financial and logistic project proposal for the Institute;
• Facilitating the administrative activities of the Institute with other institutions;
• Managing and facilitating all revenues and expenditures of the Institute;
• Administering the financial papers of the Institute;
• Managing the assets, properties and inventories of the Institute;
• Preparing monthly, trimester, semester and annual reports;
• Conducting training, publishing and informatics technology works; organizing conference, seminar and forums; and supervising archives and library of the Institute;

May –Nov. 2005 : Area Coordinator for Provincial Forum on Decentralization and
De-concentration of Commune Council Support Project (CCSP),
